Information you provide to us
When you send a contact or demo request, we may process your name, company, work email address, telephone number, country, business type, areas of interest, current systems and information you include in your message. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data through the form.

Demo requests are not stored in Grav
The current Zimplify demo form sends the submitted information by email to the Zimplify team. It is configured not to save submitted form data in a separate Grav form database. The resulting message may then be retained in Cobra Systems Oy's normal email environment as part of business correspondence.
How long we keep the information
We keep enquiry-related information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, continue relevant sales discussions, manage a possible customer relationship or meet legal obligations.
