From delivery to invoice automatically
When a delivery is confirmed, the information needed for invoicing is already available. The invoice can be generated automatically from the completed delivery.
When an order and delivery are handled in Zimplify, the same information does not need to be entered again for invoicing. Invoicing can be fully automated from completed deliveries and run on a schedule — for example daily or at another agreed interval. The resulting financial data can then be passed on to the accounting system your business already uses.
Zimplify uses the same customer, order and delivery data that already exists in the system. Once the delivery is complete, invoicing can continue automatically without re-entering the same information.

Invoice runs can be scheduled, for example daily or at another agreed interval, so users do not need to create invoices manually every day.
A large share of Zimplify customers use automated and scheduled invoicing, keeping routine daily invoicing work to a minimum.
Zimplify manages the operational ERP flow and passes the required financial information onward to your accounting environment.
Zimplify is not designed to replace your accounting system. Its role is to make sure business transactions are created correctly in the operational ERP, invoicing can be automated, and the right information continues downstream without repetitive re-entry.
Customer data, products, pricing and orders already sit in the same system as the delivery workflow.
The invoice is based on completed sales and delivery activity rather than a separate manual re-entry step.
The required data can be transferred to the accounting platform your business uses. Banking connectivity can also be handled through Enable Banking.
We’ll show how customer orders, deliveries, scheduled invoicing and accounting can be connected into one smooth process.
